Found what i wanted. ordered it. it came

Online shop not accurate with quantities - allows to order while not having stock and then after causing issues - poor communication and customer service regarding refund, even the order hasn't been completed.
Wouldn't recommend or risk ordering if planning a bulk order.

Quick and easy to order, always prompt delivery

I would have given 5 stars only for the fact I was being charged £25.00 to deliver to Northern Ireland, so I arranged my own courier collection for £10.79. Customer service was very helpful in helping me to arrange this & printing the courier labels at their side.
NB the product cost £27.00.

The products are decent and well priced but I'm not happy with the website and phone lines bragging about next day delivery when it took nearly 2 weeks to receive 3 of the 4 items I ordered and then I found out the 4th item is out of stock even though it never stated that when placing the order. It's now a month after placing the order and I've requested a refund 3 times for the delayed part and still waiting...disappointing!

As a first time customer, I was very satisfied with my purchase, especially with how quick and easy the delivery was made.
